Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils extracted from flowers, herbs and resins. It is a complementary treatment designed to treat the whole person. Using a synergy of essential oils can bring a sense of balance and well being.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage consists of long strokes, kneading and friction techniques. The four strokes of Swedish massage are effleurage, petrissage, friction and tapotement.

Reflexology is a form of treatment based on the belief that the body is dependent upon energy flows which can be improved through specific massage of feet, hands and ears.

Stress Management           £25

Stress can affect the body: physically, mentally, and emotionally. By using various techniques the therapist can assist the client to manage stress by working to increase coping strategies and increase relaxation. (1hr)

Colour Therapy £25

Colour is simply light of varying wavelengths, and each colour has its own particular wavelength and energy. The underlying principle of colour therapy is that every cell and organ in the body vibrates at a particular frequency, as do colours. (1hr)

Crystal Therapy £25

Crystals affect our electro-magnetic energy fields or subtle bodies which surround and permeate the physical body. These include the etheric, emotional and mental bodies, which are collectively called the aura.

Angelic Reiki £25
